I apologize for any inconvenience during this time and thank you for your understanding and patience as I work through this not fun and expensive issue of someone else who apparently has too much time on their hands and feels it necessary to hurt other hard-working people.

I am working on this, but cannot hire a company to get it cleaned up until next week. If you need to, you can peruse the site without downloading anything, but some pictures will not show at this time.
While the SSL Certificate is installed and working (per Bluehost), DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER THROUGH THIS SITE.

PLEASE NOTE: There are also problems with the website and Internet Explorer Versions 7 & 8 (how it pulls up and pulls or does not pull pictures in on certain pages). You may also - it has to do with upgrades. When you click on any Category listing, the Category Page does not bring up the pictures (but does show text name in the blank pic box). But if you click on any black picture box, that Item Page comes up ok to see it. I am working on it, but will have to wait until next week to get it taken care of.

HELLO, MY NAME IS ROBIN and I have recently purchased this website. I am very excited to be taking over this business. I am, obviously, still going through a transition period, so please be patient - I think you will be happy with our new fabrics and items we plan to offer.
**Frequently Asked Questions**
1. I am NOW able to fill Embroidery Orders (on current finished inventory stock). PLEASE ALLOW (2) TWO WEEKS for this item. A RUSH ORDER is available for an additional charge of $15 for current finished inventory stock items. This charge will ensure the item will be sent out within 2-3 business days from order.
At this time, I am able to keep the embroidery costs the same. However, since this function is outsourced, if their costs increase, I will have to increase the cost also.
2. At this time, All sewing orders will require 1-2 WEEKS, as I am still having to buy new fabrics for the old favorites as I continue to work on cataloging my fabric selections. This will require a timeframe for it to be sewed. This timeframe will shorten as the weeks progress.
3. I bought over 45 boxes of finished inventory and now have an Excel Spreadsheet for quick perusal. PLEASE CONTACT ME TO SEE IF I HAVE YOUR ITEM IN STOCK BEFORE PLACING ANY ORDERS.
4. Payment is via PayPal or Credit Cards online via the PayPal network. You will not have to register to use a Credit Card if you do not have a Paypal account or do not want to have a PayPal account. See Payment Method button for complete instructions to pay by Credit Card without registering with PayPal. I added these instructions because the first PayPal payment page shows only 1 line stating "if you want to pay by credit card, click here" and I find it has been easily overlooked. If you have any problems, please let me know.
5. At this time and due to reasons beyond my control, I cannot personally process credit card orders (including those for current customers with a credit card on file). I can take orders over the phone and then send you either an email or an invoice for the total amount. However, YOU WILL STILL HAVE TO PAY ONLINE (see no. 3 above).
6. If you are a Wholesale customer, please send me an email with your order. I will check for availability, box and weigh your order and then send you an invoice with instructions to pay by PayPal (see no. 3 above). If you place an order through the website and the shipping cost is much more than the standard rate, I will have to send you a revised Invoice to cover the shipping cost.
7. I will be continuing most patterns. However, this business purchase did NOT include any fabric - I will be offering favorite patterns in new fabrics, as the weeks unfold.
8. I hope to be able to keep the discounts and items available that John had - including Wholesale Purchases as well as Drop-Shipping. However, the sale did not include any fabric, so there will be some items available as before, and other items in the same patterns, but with new fabrics, as well as new patterns and fabrics.
If I find I have to revise discounts, you will be notified via a Newsletter. All Non-Stocking Retailers (Drop-Shippers) and Stocking Retailers will be sent updating Newsletters, regardless of whether you subscribed on the website or not. This is to prevent unhappy customers and retailers as items are changed out and new items are added. I will try to keep them to a minimum. Retail Customers who buy or have bought directly from Alexis Creations will receive Newsletter updates ONLY if they subscribed to the Newsletter when they signed up. All customers who created an account since 2004 will receive a one-time Newsletter to be sent out in the near future.
9. I have had several requests from Retailers if I will rebuy/buy-back stock previously sold by John. I will not be buying back any previous stock.
I am making transition progress. A Newsletter will be sent out shortly and then I will start cataloging the new fabrics available. Thank you for your patience.
This wonderful website was named after a beautiful little girl. Her name is Alexis and she may still get to model now & then. She is a Shih Tzu. She adopted me as an Aunt and now has two new doggy cousins, Bruno and Buster, and lots of cousin kitties too.
